I am planning a vacation for the beginning of December, somewhere in the Caribbean. I want to go somewhere with great beaches, good local cuisine, hiking / biking, waterfalls. I did not stay in an all-inclusive resort, and I do not want to spend too much money. Any suggestions from people who would be personally grateful!
